How does one decide to leap and become and entrepreneur?

Well … I’d say there are a few ways to decide;
- you decide …
Students want meaningful and relevant employment.
Start-ups want energetic and enthusiastic employees.
Sign up for SNS-12 is here: www.sns-12.eventbrite.com

This is the premise …
I’ll be speaking toward the end of February on transitioning to entrepreneurship and what to expect. The presentation will be turned into an ~15 part …
… expected next week.

Sometimes you just have to walk away. As I mentioned in my previous posts negotiations with Plan A digressed rather than converged, so I walked from the deal. Interesting thing that, after walking away the landlord suddenly became more interested in talking again. So that is what I intend to do.
The intention is to put a new offer in on Plan A today or early next week. Keep in mind this lease is about 70 pages long with plenty of legalese. Hope to have some positive news next week. Keep your fingers crossed.
Cheers,
Ian
The non-profit that scooped 989 Somerset is the Human Rights organization. Disappointing but time to move on.
I have submitted a new offer to lease on another property. The experience is best described in a word “SNAFU”. A number of bumps in the road with this place and I expect that we will be moving on to the new plan B early next week. The landlord has until the end of the day to reply to the latest offer to lease.
Cheers,
Ian
