Some of the ways we make things easier are by offering furnished office space, covering internet, and having staff on site during business hours. Office Space FAQ

Is the office space furnished?

Yes! You have the choice between furnishing the space yourself or using the furnishings we provide. There is no extra cost for a furnished office.

Will I have 24/7 access to my office?

If you are private office tenant, yes; you will have access to your office whenever you need it!

If you are a shared office tenant, you will have access to your office from 9am to 5pm on the weekday(s) you select upon sign up.

Is internet access included?

Yes! All of our offices have wired and wireless internet access.

Is there somewhere I can go to make phone calls without disturbing my team?

Yes – we have two call rooms designed specifically for this purpose! You are also welcome to make calls in the meeting rooms if they aren’t in use.

Are there boardrooms available for me to use?

Yes! As a tenant, you will have access to all three of our boardrooms. Each private office is afforded 8 hours of time per month at no additional cost, and each shared office tenant is afforded 2 hours of time per month.

Where can I park nearby?

There are a number of public parking lots around us, as well as street parking. Check out this cool map from Parkopedia for details on the rates in the lots closest to us!

Do I need to sign a multi-year agreement?

Nope! We offer 6- and 12-month options. If you’re in need of something more flexible, feel free to contact us and we’ll try make it work!

Do I need insurance?

Yes – you will need business insurance that covers you for up to 5 million dollars.

Why do I need insurance?

You need insurance for private office space because the space is yours to do with as you will. That combined with 24/7 access means that you’ll need your own coverage.

Can you help me set up my insurance?

Absolutely! We’ve worked with a few different brokers and we’re more than happy provide a recommendation.

Do you have advice on breakfast and lunch selections in the area?

We sure do! Being situated between Bank and Elgin will give you a ton of great eating options. We’re always more than happy to suggest a few of our favourites, starting with Grounded Kitchen and Coffee House  – they’re right downstairs!
