How do I get started?

Do you notify me when mail arrives?
Yes we do! We send mail arrival notifications via email every business day, letting you know that you have mail as well as who it is from (if that information happens to be available!)
How will my mail be sorted?
On arrival, mail will be sorted by suite number. Your suite number will be assigned within one business day of completing the buy online form. Please ensure all of your correspondents are provided with the correct suite number!
How often should I pick up my mail?
The expectation is that you will pick up your mail or arrange to have it forwarded on a regular basis. Every 10 envelopes (or large parcel!) is a good ballpark!
Do you accept and store all parcels?
Not quite – we do not accept parcels that require payment on delivery. We also ask that you arrange to pick up any parcels on the same day as they arrive as our storage is limited.
